Program Director
Graces Place is looking for a Dedicated, Flexible and Innovative Leader to manage and ensure effective overall daily operations of services and programs being delivered. The ideal candidate must have an overall ability to build relationships and be flexible while accomplishing daily operations while maximizing human resources. Additionally, a love and passion for assisting developmentally disabled adults through a person-centered approach.
The Program Director serves as the leader driving the implementation of person-centered services of residential and community engagement services. The Program Director is responsible for operational performance as well as planning, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring services.

Direct Support Professional
Our organization strongly believes that every individual deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential.
